About

Virtual tour is a submission plugin for the Assignment activity. Students hand in a virtual tour: they upload 360° photos, link the photos together, and place points of interest on them with text, images, audio or video. Teachers grade the tour with everything the Assignment already offers: due dates, extensions, drafts, group submissions, rubrics and marking guides, feedback and notifications.

Students build the tour in VR room's room editor, and the tour is shown in VR room's built-in viewer (computer, phone or VR headset, with a list view when a browser cannot show 3D). Teachers choose the most photos, the fewest points of interest and which media are allowed for each assignment.

Requires VR room (mod_vrroom). Moodle 5.2 and 5.3. ALPHA.
