OER Exchange: contributors

Answers "who is sharing here, and what do they share" at a glance, and gives the people doing the sharing some visible credit for it.

• One card per contributor: their profile picture, name, any badges they hold, up to three expertise tags, how many resources and courses they have shared, and how recently. The whole card links to their profile.
• A sort control offers most resources shared, most courses shared, or recently shared. It re-sorts in place, and still works with JavaScript turned off.
• Co-authors count as contributors: a co-author holds the same rights over a resource as its creator, so they earn the same recognition.
• Only people with something currently in the catalogue are listed, and only those who have left their profile publicly visible.
• Configurable site-wide and per block instance: how many cards to show, and which order to open in.
• A footer link opens the full listing of every contributor.

A read-only presentation layer: all data comes from the companion local_oerexchange plugin, which this block depends on and cannot be installed without.
